Combining ability and heritability estimates of main agronomic characters in rapeseed breeding lines using line × tester analysis.

摘要: To estimate the general and specific combining ability (GCA SCA) effects of plant height, yield components, seed oil content, three testers six lines spring type rapeseed varieties were crossed using line × tester fashion. Significant mean squares parents crosses for all the traits indicated significant genetic variation among their F1 crosses. vs revealed significant average heterosis except seeds per pod, 1000-seed weight content. High narrow-sense heritability estimates traits indicating importance additive these traits. Due to more effects most traits, only a few exhibited SCA effects. A positive correlation between some yield components including pods on main axis, indicates that can be used as suitable selection criteria for improving yield. The Opt × R01, RG06 R08 RGS3 with 3241.91, 3213.68, 3334.28 3237.45 kg ha-1 seed detected prior combinations this trait of had also effect trait.
