摘要: The formation of nanostructures from colloidal solutions amorphous silicon dioxide (SiO2) and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in evaporating drops at room temperature has been studied. It is established that spherical aggregates with an average diameter ∼2 μm rodlike diameters within 250–300 nm lengths ∼4 are formed under these conditions. mechanisms covalent van der Waals interaction between CNTs SiO2 considered the framework a phenomenological model active center closed CNT.
