摘要: A major problem with impedance pneumography is the artefact on respiratory waveform caused by beating of heart. Three filters are described for reducing amplitude this artefact; (i) signal averaging, (ii) analogue filtering, and (iii) digital filtering. comparison three suggested that filter was most appropriate use a computerised data analysis system. The gave 7dB reduction in artefact. number breaths correctly detected system from slightly greater than unfiltered waveform. small improvement did not justify inclusion automatic
