摘要: Conformation constitutes a vital property of biomolecules, especially in the cases enzymes and aptamers, is essential defining their molecular recognition ability. When biomolecules are immobilized on electrode surfaces, it very important to have control all possible conformational changes that may occur, either upon targets or by undesired alterations. Both aptamers electrodes susceptible as response nature charge surface surrounding environment (pH, temperature, ionic strength, etc.). The main goal this review analyze how surfaces been treated reports biosensors biofuel cells. This topic was selected due insufficient information found actual involved function these bioelectrochemical devices despite its importance.
