摘要: A CpG DNA adjuvant in avian vaccines is disclosed, which includes an immunostimulatory oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) having a plurality of TCG tandem repeats at 5′end, poly-G structure 3′ end, and least one unmethylated motif with specific flanking sequences two ends thereof between the 5′ end end. The advantageous to carry out large-scale production, specifically enhance innate adaptive immune responses, hardly be digested by DNase due its particular structures.
