Plastic molds for patient immobilization

摘要: Abstract Radiation therapists long have contended with the problems of patient immobilization and daily reproduction treatment position. We instituted a system plastic molds which initially was developed in England. In addition to known advantages this technique adult head neck patients, we refined it for wide use pediatric patients. The necessary equipment steps required formation mold are described. Three cases presented briefly demonstrate applicability technique.
