摘要: This invention relates to a method of manufacturing metal-supported tubular micro-solid oxide fuel cell, and cell made from such method. The comprises the steps coating wooden substrate member with conductive layer, layer an inner electrode electrolyte drying sintering coated that combusts, outer then layers. further solid assembly comprising: a) substantially metallic support ceramic or cermet b) layer; c) d) layers produce hollow cell; having collective wall thickness 80 µm less, sufficient mechanical strength porosity flow reactant therethrough.
