摘要: To examine the epidemiological trends and changes of hepatitis E virus (HEV) infection potential risk factors for severe in Zhejiang eastern coastal area China. We analyzed statutory cases notifications inpatient data held by national surveillance hospital information systems Wenzhou, Taizhou, Ningbo, Zhoushan cities Nine thousand four hundred sixteen were reported from 2004 to 2017, with an average incidence 2.94 per 100,000. The overall death rate was 0.06% (6/9416). A gradual decline found areas since 2007, while a rise identified non-coastal areas. Annual much higher than that (4.345 vs. 2.945 100,000, relative risk = 1.5, P value 0.05). Hepatitis prevalence increased age, highest among men their 70s (9.02 11.33 100,000) women 60s (3.94 4.66 groups both noncoastal respectively. clear seasonal pattern observed, peak March (0.4429 202 inpatients documented, which 50.50% (102/202) cases. Male individuals alcohol consumption, hepatic diseases, superinfection three independent risks infections (all < 0.05).
