摘要: In this paper, we describe a new national language technology programme for Icelandic. The programme, which spans period of five years, aims at making Icelandic usable in communication and interactions the digital world, by developing accessible, open-source resources software. research development work within is carried out consortium universities, institutions, private companies, with strong emphasis on cooperation between academia industries. Five core projects will be main content programme: resources, speech recognition, synthesis, machine translation, spell grammar checking. We also other programmes give an overview over history Iceland.
