摘要: Online health community (OHC) has become a hot research topic in the IS filed. A lot of previous studies have focused on online patient support groups or peer-to-peer (P2P) communities, but another kind OHC, i.e., patient-to-doctor (P2D) is still with less attention. P2D communities link patients and physicians, which sprung up developed exponentially all over world. This tries to explore users’ intention benefits brought by use. Based three theory lenses: DM social presence could positively influence information seeking participation both; emotional related presence; plays mediated effect between quality use intention. Then potential implications limitations are discussed.
