摘要: Abstract An analysis of terrestrial and marine data has shown the coastal fringe emerged continent to be naturally divided into five distinct morphosedimentary sectors, whereas three clearly different large domains are visible in submarine shelf. This geographic space corresponds an area wide tectonic activity where internal external units Betic Ranges meet, showing a morphological expression substratum structure. On contrary, continental shelf located North, Gulf Valencia, is subsiding important accumulations sediments as consequence influence linked Iberic orogeny. The detailed geomorphic elements illustrated correlation between sectors corresponding ones inner middle reveals that littoral affected by general increase structural complexity from North South.
