摘要: A device for detecting the position, coplanarity and separation of terminals printed circuit board components wherein are consecutively imaged on a topically resolving detector through use an illuminating light source, direct reflections suppressed by polarized source existence optical analyzer in imaging beam path, resulting only diffused being used to avoid overradiation detector.
