摘要: Abstract The subsolubilizing interactions of a series octylphenol polyethoxylated surfactants (average ethylene oxide units (EO) between 8.5 and 20) with liposomes modeling the stratum corneum lipid composition was investigated. Liposomes were formed from mixture containing 40% ceramides, 25% cholesterol, palmitic acid, 10% cholesteryl sulfate. surfactant/lipid molar ratios ( R e ) bilayer/aqueous phase partition coefficients K determined at two sublytic levels (50% 100% CF release) by monitoring increase in fluorescence intensity due to 5(6) carboxyfluorescein (CF) released interior vesicles. Given that free surfactant concentrations always lower than critical micelle concentrations, we may assume SC liposomes/surfactant mainly ruled action monomers. At interaction studied EO showed highest ability alter release trapped into bilayers (lowest Re values), whereas 9.5 degree partitioning or affinity these structures (highest values). 20.0 lowest tendencies. Different trends phosphatidylcholine (PC) observed when comparing present parameters those reported for PC liposomes. Thus, although more resistant octylphenols, greater
