摘要: Abstract Ergosterol,(1→3)-α-D-glucan and chitosan are important biomaterials. In this research, a process has been developed to integratively extract ergosterol, (1→3)-α-D-glucan, from Penicillium chrysongenum mycelium. First, the mycelia pretreated with 0.1mol · L−1 of NaOH. After recovery by centrifugation, solid portion is made undergo saponification deacetylation reactions addition 2mol NaOH ethanol. reaction, extraction carried out petroleum ether, which separates reaction mixture into two phases. The upper layer ether contains extracted bottom solution (1→3)-α-D-glucan; on residuum. isolation, yield ergosterol 0.52% dry That (1→3)-α-D-glucan about 8.2%; 5.7% 86% deacetylation. compositions have characterized IR, HPLC analyses.
