摘要: This study compared the use of an interactive voice response (IVR) system with a written survey to collect data. Consecutive patients seen in orthopedic clinic completed Short Musculoskeletal Function Assessment (SMFA) by either IVR or questionnaire and then were asked complete form again 3-7 days later using opposite modality. Patient rates analyzed for differences between self-administered modes administration. Three clinics participated study. No significant method administration individual per patient found. Therefore, no measurement are found when is SMFA.
