摘要: The level of concern regarding the total energy consumption in new building clusters/urban districts (BCDs) has increased recently. Rising living standards have led to a significant increase over past few decades. Therefore, along with sustainability requirements, it is essential establish an effective and precise demand model for clusters/districts. In principle, clusters hard plan pre-calculate because number design criteria influence performance. Establishing such would require decision-making base, present study proposes two methods achieving this objective. uses general survey aims collect identify that affect evaluate priorities each criterion using fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method. Four main – location, design, government cluster are established, 13 secondary criteria. results show use AHP method can accurately guide automatically rank provide weighting value as well relative ranking model. According concept, one crucial benefit improvement performance reduction consumption. Another advantage methodology accurate input future supply system optimisation.
