Detection of multi absorption lines for CH 4 using broadband laser beam modulation

摘要: In this work we implemented a setup to modulate wavelength of broad band beam low laser power detect multi absorption lines gas species simultaneously, using long path and monochromator. This consists mainly tunable diode Laser built with an External Cavity designed by Littrow configuration, typical Herriott multipass cell length 30 m, monochromator photomultiplier tube as detector, function generator, digital oscilloscope, photodiode. The proposed gives us ability apply two techniques: direct modulation, in addition changing some parameters for tuning laser. Using the were able small concentration CH4 based on spectroscopic databases believe these detected belong weak NIR region CH4. Most listed recently HITRAN 2012 but them are not listed, which merits further theoretical experimental study currently perusing.
