摘要: This report describes the discovery of a possible association between auditory hallucinations, migraine, and affective/anxiety disorders in nonpsychotic children. The cases were culled by review all consultations an outpatient practice 8-month period. Thirteen children who experienced hallucinations (auditory 12) found. All but one suffered from variety major affective or anxiety/panic migraine headaches. family histories strongly positive for four parents also had history hearing voices. age onset where known (8 cases), was 4 8 years. In only two did voices accompany attacks, these heard at other times. Although strong anxiety, panic, syndromes adults has been repeatedly found epidemiologic study, no such studied children, this is first disorders, It suggests need study.
