摘要: A semiclassical theory of the mobility excess electrons in gaseous He is given. The electron-He interaction treated via an effective Wigner-Seitz potential. Departures from classical kinetic are explained by two mechanisms: first, scattering fluctuations potential, and second, formation low-mobility localized states deep potential wells. Two parameters introduced theory, adjusting them we get good agreement with experimental values Levine Sanders.
