摘要: Ranolazine is a drug used in refractory chronic stable angina. In this study, it was aimed to evaluate the protective effect of ranolazine testis torsion model light objective biochemical and pathological data. A total 24 pre-pubertal male Wistar albino rats were separated into three groups 8 as sham group, control group group. Testis applied for 3 hr all Group Control Ranolazine. Control, 0.9% NaCl 1 hr after torsion. Ranolazine, 30 mg/kg dissolved solution administered intraperitoneally Histopathological evaluation made using Cosentino score. As result criteria observed The results obtained study may suggest that could be detorsion patients diagnosed with
