摘要: One of the major factors affecting production and stability ethylene (C2H4) in soil is its water content. This study was conducted to determine effect unsaturated vs. saturated conditions on C2H4 soil. L-Methionine D-glucose were added alone combination at 1.0 5.0 g kg-1 soil, respectively. The addition l-methionine significantly promoted field capacity a much greater extent than under waterlogged conditions. Glucose equally effective both moisture regimes, while combined application amendments (l-methionine d-glucose) led release higher amounts Antibiotic experiments revealed that aerobic conditions, may be more efficiently converted by fungi, glucose-amended bacteria fungi are active generating C2H4. stable magnitude removal from headspace after 3 days incubation (25.7%) comparable 6 (24.1%). loss approximately 10-fold non-sterilized sterilized (autoclaved) maintained capacity, indicating biotic component has influence stability. Kinetic analysis loss/degradation nonautoclaved followed firstorder reaction, with rate constant (k) 0.115 day-1 half-life (t1/2) 6.0 days.
