摘要: The dose dependence of the oxygen enhancement ratio (OER) has been examined through multiple measurements response Chinese hamster V79-171 cells to low and high doses radiation under aerobic hypoxic conditions. In this series experiments were maintained at 37 degrees C throughout gassing irradiation periods, simulate normal physiological Flow cytometry cell sorting techniques used facilitate accurate measurement survival range, but particularly dose. OER was found decrease significantly dose, qualitatively confirming earlier reports from laboratory, though somewhat smaller in present series. This difference may be a temperature effect since 0 degree C. report shows that decreases value 2.87 +/- 0.16 (standard deviation mean) S = 0.01 2.36 0.19 0.80. Both alpha beta are altered by presence oxygen. is presented as function nitrogen.
