摘要: Bacterial soft rot diseases devastate a wide range of crops, vegetables and ornamental plants worldwide. Amongst the most damaging agents these are members Pectobacterium Dickeya genera belonging to family Pectobacteriaceae in order Enterobacterales. As an introduction topics this book, chapter presents brief overview on taxonomy history, presence multiple environments, disease characteristics, population dynamics, management economic impact bacteria.
