摘要: Summary The study deals with the influence of land use and abandonment on species composition vegetation seed bank in grasslands oldfields. We wanted to explore: (1)How changes when agricultural practices cease? In convergence proposals literature, we addressed particular following two questions that have been proposed by Symonides (1986), Pickett & McDonnell (1989) Roberts Vankat (1991) for characteristics under secondary succession: (i) Does richness diversity soil decrease during succession? (ii) density buried decline (2)What is role played recolonisation plots disturbed experimental disturbances? studied an experiment grassland oldfield old embanked marshlands (called “Marais Poitevin”). these wetlands, artificial disturbances (mowing) natural (cattle, roebucks, coypus, voles) are very frequent. order mimic disturbances, were generated spring after end winter flooding emerged seedlings counted three months later. Data about bank, undisturbed emerging quadrats sampled. Detrended Correspondence Analysis (DCA) quadrats, samples showed significant differences composition. Similarity between aboveground was low not different oldfield. Very few both oldfield, which potentially indicates importance gaps expression. Marais Poitevin, contributed little seedling flora, vegetative regrowth clearly predominated disturbances. lost succession from still present as seeds soil, but most cases recorded bank. results shown succession. On other hand, did significantly
