摘要: SUMMARY 1.Measurements of bronchial blood flow were performed by the dye dilution method in 50 patients with various chronic pulmonary diseases including bronchiectasis, tuberculosis, silicosis, abscess, emphysema, and neoplasms, influences circulation on respiration studied. 2.In showed greatest increase among these a surprising large value was obtained one case. 3.In six eight cases no observed, but other two significantly increased found. In simple silicotic nodules did not show flow, while massive densities proved flow. We unable to clarify participation tuberculous complication development collateral vessels. 4.Seven emphysema indicate any increment long-standing bronchitis slightly abscess insignificant all four cases. 5.In five primary bronchogenic carcinoma metastatic tumor this However, case lung cancer an episode pneumonia 6.From results it deduced that infection is contributing determining factor 7.When increased, irrespective cause, oxygen saturation venous admixture ratio maintained near normal value. On hand, heart size teleroentgenogram enlarged greatly absence systemic hypertension without correlation elevation artery pressure.
