摘要: The aim of this study was to assess the prevalence altered levels serum lipids, lipoproteins and apolipoprotein (Apo) B in very active, 20 65 year-old, Spanish male nonsmokers who consumed sunflower oil. Among 169 participants, total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), LDL-C, TC/HDL-C were found be age-dependent variables. A detailed over a 12-day period showed that population displayed Mediterranean dietary pattern, with exception substitution for olive Saturated, monounsaturated polyunsaturated fatty acids represented 9.9 %, 12.7 % 8.8 amount energy, respectively. cholesterol-saturated fat index average diet 19.2 per 1 000 kcal, whereas Keys 27.1. Daily intakes fibre, ascorbic acid vitamin E 25.1 g, 89.6 mg 28.3 mg, calcium/magnesium ratio 1.54. low percentage individuals high TC (5.4 ≥6.49 mmol/L), TG (3.7 ≥2.25 Apo (3.0 ≥1.5 g/L), HDL-C (0.7 ≤0.91 LDL-C (1.4 ≥4.94 mmol/L or (2.8 ≥5.0) suggest reasonable protection against coronary heart disease population.
