Small diameter inlays

摘要: Provided herein are small diameter inlays for correcting vision impairments by altering the shape of anterior corneal surface. In an embodiment, having diameters smaller than pupil provided presbyopia. To provide near vision, inlay is implanted centrally in cornea to induce "effective" zone on surface, within which diopter power increased. Distance a region peripheral "effect" zone. another that effective optical zones surface much larger inlays. The increase zone, due at least part draping effect, allows produce clinical effect patient's inlay.
