摘要: Familial colorectal cancer constitutes a heterogeneous group of patients in whom the underlying molecular mechanism is still unknown. Predisposition to such neoplasms this setting seems be due common low-penetrance genetic components, but role testing clinical practice has determined. Although screening guidelines moderate-risk population are empiric, data obtained epidemiologic, meta-analyses and cohort studies and, more recently, increased risk advanced adenomas first degree relatives who underwent colonoscopy support need include these individuals specific programs. However, determine what test use, how often use which organizational strategy implement needed. At present, uptake less than optimal; offering opportunity access improving significant step.
