摘要: We report the isolation and analysis of rapidly reassociating DNA pathogenic, dimorphic fungus Candida albicans. Minicot whole-cell repetitive suggested that a significant portion this component was mitochondrial DNA. Genomic blot hybridizations in which radioactive used as probe revealed eight major EcoRI bands molecular weight range resolved by gel system used. Isolation high-purity have shown five these are origin. The remaining three nuclear origin represent sequences found genome. Attempts to isolate completely free contamination were unsuccessful.
