摘要: An algorithm is presented for the efficient semi-automatic construction of a detailed reference standard registration in thoracic CT. A well-distributed set 100 landmarks detected fully automatically one scan pair to be registered. Using custom-designed interface, observers locate corresponding anatomic locations second scan. The manual annotations are used learn relationship between scans and after approximately twenty marks remaining points matched automatically. Inter-observer differences demonstrate accuracy matching applicability demonstrated on two different sets results over 19 CT pairs.
