摘要: Virtual citizen science (VCS) creates Internet-based projects that involve volunteers collaborating with scientists in authentic scientific research. Understanding what motivates to contribute these is key their growth and success. After reviewing the existing research on motivation volunteer VCS projects, we present our own about motivations of both experienced first-time Zooniverse, a collection projects. The volunteers’ responses surveys interviews help provide more complete sense possible motives for participating VCS, how are related different activities, directions future
