摘要: The generation of continuum bursts from the sun at dm and m wavelengths (in particular, type IV bursts) via electron-cyclotron-maser instability is examined. maser can be driven by an electron distribution with either a loss-cone anisotropy or peak large pitch angles. For omega(p)/Omega(e) much greater than 1, emission produced electrons interacting through harmonic (cyclotron) resonance electrostatic, being in upper hybrid mode frequencies approximately equal to omega(p). Coalescence processes are required convert electrostatic waves into transverse radiation which escape source region. Whether resultant spectrum nearly smooth has zebra-stripe pattern (both occur depends on form distribution, inhomogeneities density magnetic field, whether reaches saturation. least case some fine structure, comparison observations seems indicate that producing more likely have not
