摘要: Abstract Objective Study evaluates movement selectivity improvement in hemiparetic post-stroke patients after balance training. Methods included 26 and 15 healthy subjects (control group C). Patients were divided into two groups with 20-day training (A) without (B). Normal standing weight distribution was expressed percentages, center of feet pressure (COP) sway velocities evaluated anterior–posterior medio-lateral ( Y , X ) directions for normal eyes open closed (EO, EC) tandem. Brunnstrom scale assessed selectivity. Results Weight dissymmetry (Δ10%) found. It reduced (Δ2%) A. COP higher direction (±6mm/s vs ±12mm/s) standing. Difference (±12mm/s) found score increased A from 0.3 to 0.6. negatively correlated average EO EC tandem . Conclusion Training reduces weight-bearing improves
