摘要: Results of a phase equilibria investigation on the system CaO-ZrO2-TiO2 are reported. Powder mixtures prepared with laboratory grade CaCO3, ZrO2 and TiO2, were preheated at 900 calcined 1300C intermediate regrindings. Structural characterization by room-temperature X-ray diffraction electrical measurements sintered powders up to 300C performed over compositions along perovskite series CaZrO3–CaTiO3 CaO–TiZrO4 ZrO2–CaTiO3, joins pseudopyrochlore line, CaZr3-x TixO7. In later, fluorite-type solid solution excess baddeleyite occurs close zirconia-rich side, while monoclinic zirconolite (ideally CaZrTi2O7) free rutile appear in titania-rich region. For compositions, tetragonal akin either mineral calzirtite (Ca2Zr5Ti2O16) or pyrochlore is formed together minor phases.
