摘要: We examined cytokinin and nitrate responsiveness in gene expression of five distinct response regulator homologs (ARR3–ARR7) the leaves nitrogen-starved Arabidopsis plants. The transcripts accumulated after spraying shoots with t-zeatin. induction accumulation was highly specific for cytokinins. also by supply to culture medium. These findings suggest that ARRs are involved inorganic nitrogen signal transduction mediated as case ZmCip1, a homolog recently identified maize.
