摘要: Abstract Mechanisms and dynamics of thermo-oxidative degradation styrene- co -isoprene (SI) diblock at a temperature above the order–disorder transition temperature, T odt , have been investigated both experimentally theoretically. The structural development SI during was monitored by optical microscopy, reduction molecular weight distribution determined gel permeation chromatography (GPC). process modeled in framework kinetic model based on Flory principle. theoretical predictions were compared with GPC results. Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) experiment conducted situ copolymers, to gain further insight into chemical modification mechanisms, unsaturated double bonds formation carbonyl hydroxyl groups.
