摘要: We report three cases of mycobacterium marinum infection, characterized by the long duration before a proper diagnosis was made. Mycobacterium is so-called atypical non-tuberculous mycobacterium, found in salt and fresh water, occasionally infecting humans. Most infections involve fingers hand, after exposure to contaminated water. It commonly called fish tank infection. The clinical pictures can be very different: from small cutaneous lesion deep-seated tendon sheet or joint. Special transport culture techniques are required for diagnosis. Besides surgical treatment chronic skin lesions deep infections, prolonged with appropriate antibiotics required.
