摘要: Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) is well known as the central regulator of reproductive system through its stimulation gonadotropin release from pituitary. Studies on GnRH have demonstrated that has both stimulatory and inhibitory effects cell proliferation depending type; however, mechanisms these remain to be elucidated. Against this background we used four human lines, TSU-Pr1, Jurkat, HHUA DU145, newly found increased or decreased colony-formation line. Moreover, exhibit distinct ligand selectivities. In order investigate molecular basis phenomena, analyses expression receptors were performed and, moreover, analyzed under conditions in which knocked down by technique RNA interference. Consequently, it was type II receptor, had been suspected being nonfunctional because alterations sequence, involved proliferation. article, influence autocrine activities cells also reviewed, focusing characteristics substances secreted lines. Based recent studies our up-to-date findings, evolutionary implications action are discussed.
