摘要: Nicotinic transmission in neurons is likely to differ substantially from that at the neuromuscular synapse (see below; ROLE and BERG 1996; WALMSLEY et al. 1998; ZOLI AGNATI 1996), muscle cells themselves some essential features (e.g., presence of junctional non-junctional nuclei myofibers). However, given similarities among neuronal nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) subunits, a description developmental changes nAChRs their regulation junction constitute useful reference for nAChR development.
