摘要: Abstract The purpose of the Brazilian Society Anesthesiology (SBA)’s Regional Anesthesia Safety Recommendations Update is to provide new guidelines based on current relevant clinical aspects related safety in regional anesthesia and analgesia. goal present article a broad overview knowledge regarding pre-procedure asepsis antisepsis, risk factors, diagnosis treatment infectious complications resulting from anesthetic techniques. It also aims shed light use reprocessed materials practice establish effects aseptic handling vials ampoules, show cost-effectiveness preparation solutions be administered continuously blockades. Electronic databases were searched between January 2011 (final date literature search for past SBA recommendations anesthesia) September 2019. A total 712 publications found, 201 which included further analysis, 82 added into review. Grading Recommendations, Assessment, Development Evaluation (GRADE) system was used assess quality each study classify strength evidence. review prepared by members Technical Standards Committee.
