摘要: Abstract Additive manufacturing by laser powder bed fusion allows the production of complex parts including lattice structures in popular metal alloys such as Ti6Al4V. Lattice are a class meta-materials which hold many advantages possibility for lightweight with tailored mechanical and other properties: these have potential applications aerospace medical fields. The process can result microporosity inside produced material, affect performance types materials. In this work, different typical distributions induced manufactured gyroid structure samples is tested both static compression compression-compression fatigue. X-ray tomography was used to validate were stress-relieved state hot isostatic pressed state. particular, it found that small amounts keyhole mode ~0.2% make no difference while lack critical, especially when results inefficient HIP pore closure. highlight effect on materials add knowledge base trustworthiness
