Orthotopic liver transplantation totally corrects factor IX deficiency in hemophilia B.

摘要: Orthotopic liver transplantation has been performed for a growing range of liver-based inborn errors metabolism. Previous authors have documented that can reverse the coagulation defect hemophilia A. In this article we report total correction factor IX deficiency in patient with B and blood product-related disease. Intraoperative bleeding was not excessive, donor produced normal amounts immediately.
