摘要: Vitamin D (VD) plays an important role in calcium homeostasis. 1,25-Dihydroxycholecalciferol or calcitriol modulates gene transcription via nuclear VD receptors (VDR). In the intestines, promotes resorption VDR. VDR has not been systematically assessed within intestine any species. We therefore present a semiquantitative immunohistochemical study of distribution patterns goat intestines. Intestinal tissue probes were collected from 5 lambs and non-lactating non-pregnant dams, fixed formalin, embedded paraffin for Nuclear immunoreaction was scored semiquantitatively. exhibited segment-specific pattern. Goblet cells always devoid Enterocytes surface epithelium superficial crypts generally demonstrated only weak along length intestine, while basally and/or intermediately located crypt epithelial strong immunoreactions duodenum, jejunum colon descendens. The difference staining between deep locations most prominent duodenum less evident jejunum, ileum Results demonstrate that exhibits cell type-, segment- location-specific goat. Data may serve as basis future experiments on Ca metabolism.
