摘要: We fabricated three phosphorescent blue organic light-emitting devices based on phosphor of iri-dium(III) bis[(4,6-difluorophenyl)-pyridinato-N,C2′](Firpic) with different electron transporting layer(ETL) materials. By analyzing efficiency curves and spectral characteristics, the significant effect ETL many aspects device performance was demonstrated. With optimized ETL, characteristics devices, such as voltage were significantly improved. Combined a yellow iridium(III) bis(4-phenylthieno[3,2-c]pyridinato-N,C2′) acetylacetonate(PO-01), white devices(PhWOLEDs) obtained. Then, an aim to promote PhWOLEDs, thin layer 4,4′,4″-tri(N-carbazolyl)-triphenylamine(TCTA) introduced between two light emission layers, diffusion excitons confined. The outperformance 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline(Bphen) exhibited peak current 36.6 cd/A, power 19.2 lm/W, International Commission Illumination coordinates(0.37, 0.46).
