Responsible Marine Aquaculture

摘要: With the expansion of world aquaculture industry, there has been increasing concern over sustainability and environmental impact. This book addresses this topical issue, concentrating on marine aquaculture. Chapters have developed from a meeting World Aquaculture Society, held in Florida January 2001, although additional contributions also commissioned. There is focus on: minimal net utilization natural resources; production healthy products for food; appropriate regulations policies; are case studies various geographical settings, including North Latin America, Asia Pacific.
