摘要: This paper proposes a novel zero-voltage and zero-current-switching (ZVZCS) PWM three-level converter, which introduces block capacitor in series with the primary winding of transformer to make current reduce zero during state. In order prevent from flowing reverse direction state, two diodes are added lagging switches respectively. The converter realizes zero-voltage-switching for leading switches. As reduces zero, conduction loss is eliminated increases efficiency. operation principle parameter design discussed this paper, experimental results also included verify converter.
