摘要: The emerging demand for cordless LANs can be satisfied by the adoption of DECT (Digital European Cordless Telecommunication) standard because its high flexibility, capacity, and interoperability with many backbone networks. Packet data applications need fast channel selection procedures, but dynamic algorithm, supported DECT, is optimized voice calls, operating in circuit mode, where relatively long setup times are acceptable. For this reason, we discuss inefficiency access short messages propose an enhanced algorithm that allows one to reduce delay. performance analysis, based on computer simulation, also given integrated services scenario, both algorithms maintained.
