摘要: A simple and rapid method was developed for the determination of cadmium in grain. Porous carbon employed as an electrothermal vaporizer with a sampling boat atomic fluorescence spectrometry on-line ashing to eliminate matrix interferences. Grain pulverized particle size less than 0.25 mm provide good homogeneity. Pauwels’ equation determine that minimum sample mass approximately 2 mg. Optimal conditions (90 W 50 s), vaporization (110 W 20 s), argon-hydrogen flow (0.6 L/min) were determined. Under optimized conditions, limit quantification 0.11 µg/kg, relative standard deviation 10%. Furthermore, mean fortified recovery grains between 83.5 107.7% (n = 6). To validate method, also determined these samples by ICP-MS, there no significant differences results using methods.
