摘要: The relationship between ecosystem-based management of marine fisheries and stakeholder participation, is often taken for granted, but actually very complicated. literature reveals five possible interpretations this relationship: that they are 1) logically linked; 2) ethically 3) instrumentally 4) complementarily 5) antagonistically linked. We examine these four formulations in the light recent research on interactions their environment. conclude ‘Stakeholder participation–Ecosystem-based management’ manifests itself as predominantly instrumental character. Within mutually beneficial, uneven, relationship, benefits particularly from participation terms knowledge, practical roles played by stakeholders added systemic legitimacy.
