摘要: An antagonistic bacterial strain KLF01 was isolated from rhizosphere of tomato and identified to be Lactobacillus sp. by biochemical genetic analysis. This showed antagonism against the used plant pathogenic bacteria like Ralstonia solanacearum, (bacterial wilt), Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri, (Citrus canker), campestris vesicatoria (Bacterial spot), Eriwinia pyrifoliae (Shoot-blight) carotovora subsp. group (Potato scab) through agar well diffusion method. In planta test done drench application (4×10? cfu/㎖) into experimental plot containing (Solanum lycopersicum L.) cultivar 'Lokkusanmaru' red pepper (Capsicum annuum 'Buja' plants, in pot post-inoculated with bacteria, R. solanacearum significantly reduced disease severity, compared non-treated plants.
